Maybe if I lived on Oahu and could have went into their store I would have had a better experience with them.? I now give them 1 star, it won't let me rate a ZERO. Definitely think I would have been better shopping locally in person. You will only see positive comments on their website. Added a line about how I should have spent my money locally and it was deleted from their blog. Wrote on their customer service blog about multiple Emails and the forgotten phone call, hoping to get a response. So after 2 and maybe 3 Emails and one phone call I have never have had any contact with them. Tried to call them and the person who answered the phone asked if I could wait and sat the phone on the counter and forgot. UPDATE Nov.30 I went ahead and made an order with them on Wed. Will try to do business with them and probably write another review but for now they get only 2 stars for lack of communication.
